This new construction project is an energy efficient build, incorporating double wall construction, triple glazed windows, high levels of insulation, solar orientation as well as Solar PV panels to generate electricity—no fossil fuels are burned on the project. The home is approximately 2800 SF and incorporates 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open living/dining/kitchen space, a mudroom, laundry and 2-car attached garage along with a screen porch and deck. The structure takes advantage of its sloped site, being bermed into the land on the main living level with guest spaces above with direct access to the outdoors on both levels.
